IT services provider adept4, based in Daresbury in Cheshire, has acquired Qmediastream. Qmediastream is a web services business with clients in the music media and insurance sectors. Adept4 will recruit additional staff as a direct result and is anticipating a rise in turnover to more than £4m for 2012, up from £2.25m in 2011.
