Magnus
Limited is converting the 41,500 sq. ft. Abacus Court office block in
Manchester into a £3.5m apart-hotel. It will be operated by Saco and renamed
Saco House. Barnfield Construction has been appointed as main contractor on the
conversion, which could create employment opportunities. Magnus has a turnover
of £6.2m.
