Leisure Developments expects to start work on a multi-million pound hotel in
Wolverhampton, West Midlands, in mid-2013. It is hoped that Hilton will take it
on for its budget Hampton Hotel brand. The plans are part of a wider city
council scheme to regenerate the town.
The development could create employment opportunities.
