600 new roles could be created in Gloucester at research company Versarien

Versarien bosses are carrying out research into how to power the next generation of computers and create a faster internet by using natural materials and now want to build a purpose-built research facility.
The Cinderford-based business, which develops materials used in cooling systems, has grown rapidly since it was formed in December 2010.
The company has bid for £3.6million of Government funding to finance its plans that could see up to 600 new roles created.
