Kier Group Plc has secured a £120m contract to
provide environmental services to four East Sussex councils. The 10-year contract was awarded by The East
Sussex Joint Waste Partnership which comprises Eastbourne Borough Council,
Hastings Borough Council, Rother District Council and Wealden District Council.
The contract could create employment opportunities. Kier has a turnover of
£2.1bn.
