Carlisle-based Story Homes has secured a
contract worth £67.8m to redevelop the former Lancaster Moor Hospital site in
Lancashire. The grade II-listed building will be restored and up to 440 homes
created on the 38-acre site. The
contract could create employment opportunities. Turnover £45m, 400 employees.
