Kings
Security Systems has acquired Sunwin Fire and Security, part of the Sunwin
Services Group which is a Co-operative Group subsidiary. The takeover will turn
Kings into a £35m business in 2013 and provide a major contract to manage
security at 4,500 Co-operative premises. 15 new positions will be created at
Kings head office in Bradford.
