Property
development company Paper Mill Lane Properties is investing £20m in the
redevelopment of the 12-acre former Fisons factory site in Bramford, Suffolk,
including 65,000 square feet of office space and 176 new homes. A warehouse
will be converted into a business centre, which is expected to attract 267 new
jobs.
