Caf-bar
chain Loungers recorded £15.1m turnover for the year to April 2012, 38% higher
than £10.9m in 2011. It recorded a
pre-tax loss of £139,714 compared with a pre-tax profit of £598,861 in the
previous year, but underlying earnings increased from £1.5m to £2.2m. Loungers
is continuing to open new sites, potentially creating jobs.
