Construction
firm Lovell has secured an £8m maintenance contract with Swansea-based housing
association Grp Gwalia. Lovell will
provide responsive repairs services at 2,500 properties in Swansea and South
West Wales and will refurbish void properties.
The contract could create employment opportunities.
