Berkeley has acquired the 15.5 acre former Oaklands Hospital site in
Caterham-on-the-Hill, Surrey. The
company plans build 161 homes over three years, potentially creating new jobs. The build programme will take three years and
will be undertaken in two phases; the first phase is underway with the second
phase starting in 2014.
