Property
developer Devonshire Homes has secured a contract with Devon and Cornwall
Housing Association to build 12 affordable homes within the redevelopment of
the former Belmont Hospital in Tiverton, Devon. The residential development
will eventually provide 76 new homes, and could create employment
opportunities.
