& Wear-based Shepherd Offshore is to develop luxury residential
accommodation on the Jesmond Towers Estate in Newcastle. It is to make a contribution of 75,000 to the
council for the provision of playing fields.
The development could create new jobs. Turnover £14.7m, 60 employees.
