an installer and inspector of fall-protection systems for employees working at
height, is opening 3,099 sq. ft. headquarters in Birmingham in December 2012,
providing room to accommodate eight more employees. Birmingham will be the
central administrative base for HCLs ten regional offices. Turnover £8.6m, 90
employees.
