Umberslade
has started the regeneration of the Wapping Wharf site in Bristol, potentially
creating new jobs. The first phase will include 180 apartments and 9,000 sq. ft.
of retail and leisure space.
Bristol-based BaRAS has been selected to undertake the land preparation.
Main construction work will start in spring 2013.
