Scarborough
Development Group is planning a one million sq ft regeneration in Salford,
Manchester. The redevelopment of a 21-acre site will include 347 houses and
maisonettes, a community or educational building, a sports and leisure
facility. There will also be provision
for 325,888 sq ft of retail, leisure and commercial space. The development could
create employment opportunities.
