Supermarket
giant Tesco has started a 540,000sq ft development in West Bromwich, West
Midlands, which will create thousands of jobs. It will feature leisure
facilities and a range of high street shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The
work is scheduled for completion in 2013. VINCI Construction UK is the
contractor.
