£200m management buyout - venture capital inestment - potential new jobs

Scotland-based Wireless Infrastructure Group, which owns mobile phone masts, has been sold in a £200m management buy-out backed by US-based venture capital firm Wood Creek Capital Management.  Wireless Infrastructure Group has contracts with 5,000 land-bank sites to place its telecom towers and expects to expand in the UK and continental Europe, potentially creating jobs.
