9.5m funding secured - developing biomedical hub - 440 new jobs
Property firm Bruntwood has secured 9.5m funding for Citylabs, a biomedical hub being developed the on the site of the former Royal Eye Hospital in Manchester. The North West Evergreen Fund has jointly provided a loan with Lloyds Banking Group to support the 100,000 sq ft development. It is expected to create 440 new jobs. Turnover 99m, 420 employees.
