A £650,000 Budgens store, part of the
Musgrave Retail group, is to be built in Pilning, Gloucestershire. Akthar
Shimam, the owner of the local Londis shop, also part of Musgrave, is to build
the new store as part of the £1m redevelopment of the Cross Hands Inn into a
restaurant, store and post office. 30 jobs are expected.
