services group Mouchel has been appointed by Isle of Wight Council and joint
venture partners Vinci and Meridiam Infrastructure, as independent certifier
for their highway maintenance private finance initiative. Mouchel will provide
an independent assessment of work undertaken during the seven-year core
investment period. The contract could
create job opportunities. Turnover £551.4m, 9,400 employees.
