Personal injury firm, Silverbeck Rymer,
which has more than 250 staff in bases in Liverpool and Chelmsford, and is
currently awaiting Solicitors Regulation Authority approval for its 19.3m
takeover by software and outsourcing business Quindell Portfolio, plans to
create 300 new jobs over the next 12 months.
Once the Quindell takeover has been approved, Silverbeck will become
Quindell Legal Services, although it will continue to trade under its current
name.
