Trust, a Lancashire property developer and investor, has opened the first phase
of a 7.5m industrial and office park in St Helens, Merseyside. The 30,878 sq. ft.
Gerard’s Park, which received European Regional Development funding, has the
potential to create new jobs. Northern Trust has a turnover of 39.5m and
employs 115 staff.
