Property group Oakapple is to build an
£18m mixed-use scheme comprising 10,000 sq. ft. of offices and 40 luxury
apartments in Clapham, London. Oakapple
purchased the site from Kone in a sale and leaseback agreement in 2006. The
development could create new jobs.
