The Compendium Group has commenced work on
the £100m redevelopment of the Castleward area of Derby. Phase one of the
scheme involves redeveloping 30 acres of brownfield land into houses, 16,500 sq.
ft. of commercial space, a boulevard and a new urban park. The development
could create employment and business opportunities.
