Outsourcing
firm Capita Group is expanding its TV Licensing operation in Darwen,
Lancashire. It will recruit 50 more back
office administration personnel in January 2013 and 20 new inbound call
handlers. Capita has created 230 new
jobs in Darwen in 2012, primarily in the call centre. Capita has closed down
its facility in Bristol. Turnover £2.9bn, 40,370 employees.
