Stanhope has begun a 310,000 sq. ft.
retail and leisure development in Hereford. The scheme will comprise 22 retail
units, seven restaurants and a six-screen cinema. British Land has invested 90m
in the scheme and will own it outright on its completion in spring 2014. Sir
Robert McAlpine is the principal contractor.
