Airline
Virgin Atlantic has secured the right to operate Heathrow links to Edinburgh
and Aberdeen airports. The flights have
been given up by IAG as a condition of its takeover of BMI. Virgin Atlantic
plans to start operating the service from March 2013, potentially creating new
jobs.
