Atelier
Management is seeking an extension to planning consent for a Liverpool hotel
and office development. Atelier is
related to A2 Architects, which drew up the original plans for the 200-bed
12-storey hotel, retail space and 240,000 sq. ft. of offices. No developer is currently attached the
scheme, which could create jobs.
