Property
investor Rushbond Plc. is working with Wakefield Council and Yorkshire
Sculpture Park to convert the former Bretton Hall College campus in Wakefield,
into a 25m hotel and 100,000 sq. ft. business park. The plans, which have been recommended for
approval, are expected to create 500 jobs.
