Dixon in collaboration with Arup has been selected to complete the construction
of the £40m Nottingham One development in Nottingham. Construction was
postponed in 2008 during recession. The development includes 237 residential
apartments, office, restaurant, leisure and retail facilities. Employment and
business opportunities are expected. Turnover £1bn, 2,850 employees.
