Parcel
delivery company UPS has signed an industrial pre-let on a 90,000 sq. ft. site
in Southampton, as part of its expansion strategy. UPS has acquired the site on a 20-year lease,
at a cost of approximately £800,000 and will move to the 15-acre site by 2014.
The move could create jobs. Turnover £669.6m, 5,000 employees.
