Plans
to develop almost 200 properties at Wapping Wharf in Bristol have moved forward
with a £12m investment from the Homes and Communities Agency. The first phase of the project is due to
start in March by developer Umberslade.
Other partners involved in the project include Sovereign Housing Group
and Knightstone Housing Association, who will manage 81 of the rented
apartments once built. The first phase
of the scheme is set to be completed in 2015.
