Solum
Regeneration, a partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property, has secured
planning permission for a multimillion-pound development in Hayward’s Heath in
West Sussex, creating 200 new jobs. The
project includes a two-storey Waitrose supermarket, a new car park,
improvements to the station forecourt and a restaurant with shops and is
expected to be completed by late 2014.
