Beatty is to undertake design and construction works for the £16.5m
refurbishment of 1 & 2 Stephen Street, London, for Derwent London. The work includes the creation of new studio
offices. The scheme is programmed to complete in phases from autumn 2013 to
spring 2014. The development could
create employment opportunities.
