Chase Midland Estates is to build a new shopping development in Sheldon, Birmingham, potentially creating employment and business opportunities. The retail scheme is the second stage of the redevelopment of the former Severn Trent headquarters. The new units will range in size from 3,483 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft.
