Life is to build a retail complex at Dolphin Square in Weston, Somerset, after
securing 16.5m through the sale of a Premier Inn hotel and neighbouring car
park. Vue Cinemas, First Bowl, Nandos, Prezzo, Real China, Harvester and Pizza
Express are confirmed future tenants at Dolphin Square, with new jobs expected.
