Modwen is to start demolishing disused buildings at the Pirelli tyres site in
Burton, Staffordshire. Offices, commercial units, public house, hotel,
restaurants and 300 homes will be built, potentially creating new jobs. Pirelli
will continue to operate from its premises at the centre of the new
development.
