Estates is to start procurement work on a £275m shopping centre in
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The redevelopment of the existing East West
Centre will include 685,000 sq. ft. of shops and restaurants, a multiplex
cinema and other leisure facilities. A substantial number of new jobs are
expected.
