Berkshire
Investment Capital has submitted plans for a major £85m redevelopment project
in Abbey Wood, London, in partnership with property company Development
Securities. The plans include a Sainsbury's supermarket, 100-bed hotel, 216
homes, a nursery and business space. The 3.92-hectare site will be developed by
2018, creating 500 jobs.
