Space Northwest is investing in the redevelopment of the former Exchange
Station in Liverpool, potentially creating new jobs. The £5m first phase will comprise the
redevelopment of the concourse including new reception, meeting rooms, office suites
and a coffee shop. Architect BDP will
lead the scheme while property consultancy Savills is providing advice and
project management.
