Property development company Eagle One are
investing £4.5m in a new retail and trade counter development in Exeter,
Devon. The Alphington Retail Park Scheme
will include four units with planning consent for bulky goods retail and
warehouse/trade floor space.
Approximately 50-100 jobs are expected to be created as a direct result.
