Lenore Care Home and Outreach Ltd are to
build a new care village for people with autism in North Shields. The scheme is expected to create 60 to 100
jobs. The 40-bed facility will include a
day care centre with a sensory room, an IT suite, television and cinema rooms,
a kitchen and garden. It will open at
the end of 2013..
