Private
equity firm Blackstone is starting construction of the £80m final building at
Chiswick Park office development, London, potentially creating jobs. Building 7
will be the largest building at the park. Completion is expected in December
2014. Demand for space at the park, from existing and potential new tenants, is
strong.
