Scarborough
Development Group is to go ahead with the final phase of a major mixed-use
development in Wigan, Manchester, later in 2013. The development will include
an 80-bed hotel, 15,500 sq. ft. of retail space, and a restaurant. A significant number of new jobs are
expected.
