Discount
chain Poundland has invested in a £40m distribution hub in Harlow, Essex,
creating up to 650 jobs. The 350,000 sq. ft. site will be the main distribution
hub for the South East, serving 200 Poundland stores, and will be developed by
Lynton Developments. Poundland is also
opening 60 more stores in 2013-14.
