Developer
Hammerson is expected to proceed with the Sevenstone retail regeneration scheme
in Sheffield in its original form, following talks with the council and John
Lewis. The development includes 700,000 sq. ft. of new shops and relocating a
John Lewis store. Construction has been delayed by one year until 2015. 1,000 new jobs are expected.
