St.
Modwen Properties is to build a £3m, 40,000 sq. ft. store for Dunelm Mill, as part
of its redevelopment of a 13-acre site in Doncaster, formerly occupied by Tyco
Electronics. St Modwen has also started work on a new Marston’s public house at
the site. Jobs will be created through the construction process of both
buildings.
