Peel
Holdings is investing £5.5bn in its Liverpool Waters scheme, which has been
approved by the government. The
development will create 20,000 jobs, deliver 9,000 houses and 3m sq. ft. of
commercial development. It will include offices, a cruise liner terminal,
hotels, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Turnover £97.9m, 125
employees.
