A
further stake in private equity firm 3i Group has been acquired by Sherborne
Investors, a £200m vehicle raised by Sherborne Investors Management to buy up
to 30% of a listed undervalued company.
Sherborne Investors has nearly tripled its stake in 3i Group to 4.3%. It
acquired the additional stake for £105.4m.
